Purpose: Master list of every potential theory identified from cross-corpus reading, organized by readiness and strength. Used to prioritize which theories get full TH_XX documents next.
When a pipeline candidate is promoted to a full TH_XX document, it must include — in addition to the falsifier / confirmation-plan / status schema in _README.md — these two elements, introduced June 28, 2026:
